Volunteer Welcomers

Welcomers are often the first person a client speaks to or sees when they contact us. Responsible for answering the phones, and greeting people when they come into the centre, the welcomers play a vital role in the smooth running of Cedar House. If you have 3 hours a week, or more, to spare and would like to do something rewarding with your time, then we would love to hear from you.

Volunteer Counsellors

If you are a counsellor, trained to diploma level or above or working towards this level, and would like to volunteer in a varied and supportive environment, then we would love to hear from you. We work from a person-centred basis, but other therapeutic models have been successfully integrated into our practice. Cedar House is an organisational member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC).
